This document outlines a framework for coordinating activities of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Oceania Secretariat, Commissions and Committees to deliver the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Global Programme 2013-2016.
