香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播-Med has created and published its 鈥淭op 50 Mediterranean Island Plants鈥 layer on Google Earth. This layer is based on 鈥淭he Top 50 Mediterranean Island Plants鈥 publication presenting a selection of 50 of the most threatened plant species growing on Mediterranean islands.
The aim of this Google layer is to draw the attention of听conservationists and politicians听to the geographical distribution of these species in the Mediterranean and to the vulnerability of island flora in the region, and as a call for urgent conservation measures. Through the user-friendliness of this tool, the wide public will also be able to have easy access to this information and to learn more, through the available images and links, about the presence and the status of these plants in order to help protect them from extinction.
