A partnership between the ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA) and , this 12-month commitment will pair veteran conservationists with emerging leaders for a virtually facilitated program building collaborative, cross-generational relationships.

The is free for participants, and applicants will be paired based on area of interest or expertise, region, language, and other identifying responses in the application. Pairs are encouraged to meet virtually 2 times per month, and optional group calls, facilitated sessions, topics for discussion, and meet ups will be offered throughout the program. Mentees must be 35 years of age or younger on 15 February 2019, and mentors can be any age but must possess 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
