This toolkit, prepared through the Ad-Hoc Working Group on the Development of European National Committees in collaboration with ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� national committees in Europe, gives background on the purpose of national committees within ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� and provides guidance on establishing a national committee, using national committees as a mechanism for implementing projects, working with ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� Commissions and communication tools and strategies. Further information on governance, membership and budgetary matters are presented, as well as case studies.
