In the seventh Webinar in the WCEL Webinar Series,听leading academics and judges gave an overview of recent European environmental case law, focusing specifically on supranational courts in Europe. Of note, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) have delivered important environmental judgments in recent times.听
The Webinar was moderated by Lord Robert Carnwath and featured opening remarks by 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 Director General, Dr. Bruno Oberle, and WCEL Climate Change Specialist Group Chair, Dr. Christina Voigt. The high level panel included:
