Email : Co-Chair of the ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� SSC Small Mammal Specialist Group since 2021 and prior to that was the Programme Officer for the group for five years. The role is based at Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. In addition to SSC work, I am an independent Biodiversity and Conservation Consultant.

Email : Dr. Thomas E. Lacher, Jr., is a Full Professor Emeritus in Ecology and Conservation Biology at Texas A&M University. He was also Senior Vice-President and Executive Director of the Center for Applied Biodiversity Science at Conservation International. Dr. Lacher has been working in the Tropics for over 40 years, with field research experience in Mesoamerica, South America, and the Caribbean. He is an Associate Conservation Scientist at Re:wild in Austin, a Research Scientist at both the Instituto Tabuleiro and Instituto Neotropical in Brazil and is a member of the ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� Climate Change Specialist Group. He handles New World species for the SMSG.

I am the Programme Officer for the ������ϲʿ�������ֳ�ֱ�� SSC Small Mammal Specialist Group hosted by Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust. I mainly work on Red List assessments, assist our members and help with the day-to-day running of the group. In 2022 I completed my PhD at the University of Reading, studying the ecology and conservation of West European Hedgehogs.
