A Voice for Nature #20

Exciting news - we areÌýrecruiting anÌý, and have opened a call to contract Nature-based solutions field experts in Albania, North Macedonia, and Serbia.Ìý

Since the last issue, we have published new Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ report on World Heritage potential in Central Asia and celebrated World Wetlands Day. We took part in theÌýCMS COP13, where Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Save Our Species’ Central Asia initiative was recognised as a possible funding mechanism for the conservation of key threatened migratory species and their habitats. Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ prepared theÌýfirst-ever Global Standard on Nature-based solutions and published a study proving the connection between environmental degradation and gender-based violence. ReadÌýabout the new €20m programme on , current species conservation actions of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Members in Ukraine and Albania,Ìýand much more!
