Solutions for water management challenges
Too much water, too little water, sea level rise, pollution, and increased climate change risks. Many know聽about the world鈥檚 water management challenges, but few are aware of the growing number of solutions to help address the聽challenges, both technical and nature based.
A new website, the Match聽, offers an聽online tool bringing聽together water managers facing water challenges聽with technology and聽nature-based solutions' providers聽ranging from the simple to the sophisticated, and from low-聽to hi-tech.
Solutions in Match聽can be filtered by challenge and solution type, as well as geography. In addition,聽general guidance on technology maturity, costs and implementation timeframe is offered.
The portal has a global coverage and is completely free. Match聽is constantly evolving, with new solutions being added over time. If you are a solution provider, you are welcome to add your organization鈥檚 details to Match, as such, information on your products and knowledge can聽be shared in a way that will help you expand your customers.聽
