Reimagine Nature Communications Co-Chair
Ana has worked for the non-profit sector for over 20 years. She has successfully led efforts ranging from supporting Indigenous and rural communities with communication, marketing and commerce strategies, to creating financial mechanisms to ensure conservation programs.
Ana is cofounder and CEO of Zamia Media, a social initiative to support non for profits and social good projects, providing communication and marketing tools, courses and one on one coaching, building movements, inspiring change, and creating a better world. Before this role, she served as El Triunfo Conservation Fund Executive Director, where she created engagement programs and successful fundraising campaigns, securing a recurrent pipeline of donations from both domestic and international companies that are currently ensuring conservation and development programs in Chiapas, Mexico.
Ana also serves on the Steering Committee of the Commission on Education and Communication (CEC) of 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播, as board member of several organizations supporting food and water security and education, and she is a fellow member of the social entrepreneurship program WeAmerica.

Margaret (Meg) Beckel is an accomplished leader in the education, post-secondary and arts & culture sectors. Her skills and experience include senior administration, fundraising, finance and operations, brand framing, strategic planning, board governance and change management as well as oversight of major construction projects. Meg has championed and led transformational challenges in the national organizations she has served and with her success, earned a reputation for being direct, transparent, committed, honest, tenacious and fair. She has also managed to maintain a sense of humour.
Meg recently retired from the role of CEO of Canada鈥檚 national museum of Natural History鈥檚 where she eliminated their deficit through new revenue generating programs, a new brand framework and institutional positioning, a new value-based pricing structure and a contribution/business case approach to public program planning and research/collections management. She grew earned revenue by 150% over seven years and grew the number of institutional touchpoints from 2 million to 4 million.
