I am a scientist who works in a government agency with expertise in the population genetics of Indonesian native plants and has an interest in plant conservation. My research mainly focuses on assessing the genetic diversity of tropical plants in Indonesia. At IPRLA, I hope to contribute to one of the fundamental aspects of conservation, namely the assessment of conservation status, especially for the sustainability of native Indonesian plant species.

Our work is to assess the conservation status of all plant species native or naturally occurring in Indonesia. We focus on endemic species and endemic and commercial plant species for our Red List assessments.
One of our objectives is that the national Red List data will be used as a standard guide for government and stakeholders to carry out best forest management practices.

We aim to complete the conservation status assessment of Indonesian native plant species. To improve the understanding of the assessors on the Red List assessment process, the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 Red List Categories and Criteria, and the supporting information requirements for assessments.
