Governing Plastic Waste Management in Cyprus: Assessment of legal, policy and institutional frameworks
The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the legal and policy instruments in the Republic of Cyprus directly tackling marine plastic pollution at national level, in the context of the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播鈥檚 鈥淧lastic Waste Free Islands-Med鈥 project.
Drawing on prior 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 experience, desk research, and consultation with the main local stakeholders, the report assesses the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the national legal and regulatory framework governing plastic waste management in order to identify existing gaps and weaknesses that contribute to plastic leakage into the Mediterranean Sea.
