WCEL hosts Second Webinar on Recent Developments in European Environmental Law Jurisprudence
On Friday 4 September, WCEL hosted the second of a two-part Webinar Event on "Recent Developments in European Environmental Law Jurisprudence".听
In the eighth听Webinar in the WCEL Webinar Series,听leading academics and judges gave an overview of recent European environmental case law, focusing specifically on supranational courts in Europe including the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
The Webinar was moderated by Eleanor Sharpston, Advocate General for the Court of Justice of the European Union.
