In the eighthÌýWebinar in the WCEL Webinar Series,Ìýleading academics and judges gave an overview of recent European environmental case law, focusing specifically on supranational courts in Europe including the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
The Webinar was moderated by Eleanor Sharpston, Advocate General for the Court of Justice of the European Union.
