Francesco Sindico is currently on secondment with the Scottish Government where he works as Carbon Neutral Islands Lead. He is also the Founder and Co-Director of the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance (SCELG) at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland where he is Associate Professor (Reader) in International Environmental Law at the Law School. He leads the EILEAN initiative at SCELG where he researches about law, islands and sustainability. Francesco is also very active in the climate law field and is the Founder and Co-Director of the Climate Change Litigation Initiative (C2LI). He has also worked extensively on international water law, an area where he provides legal advice to international organisations and governments before international courts.

Fabiano de Andrade Correa is the Chair of the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 World Commission on Environmental Law鈥檚 Climate Change Law Specialist Group.
Fabiano is an international lawyer with working with different intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, with a particular focus on climate change, environmental law and policy, and sustainable development.
Currently, Fabiano serves as Senior Counsel with the World Bank's International and Environmental Law Unit. Fabiano also volunteers as )鈥檚 Peace, Justice and Governance Programmes (SDG16).
Fabiano holds a Ph.D in Law and LL.M. from the European University Institute (EUI, Italy); a Master in Diplomacy and International Relations (Diplomatic School of Madrid / Universidad Complutense); and a Bachelor of Laws, with specialization in International Law (LL.B (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). He is a guest lecturer in different universities in Brazil and in Italy, and has on international law and sustainable development topics; and qualified lawyer in Brazil (OAB). He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, and has working knowledge of French and German.

Introduction
The 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 WCEL Climate Change Law聽Specialist Group (CCLSG) is a global network of legal practitioners and scholars in the field of 鈥渃limate change law鈥. The CCLSG is the principal source of legal technical advice to the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播, its members, and the WCEL on the legal aspects of addressing climate change and its adverse impacts internationally and nationally.
With 400+ members, the CCLSG brings together experts from all continents and different legal cultures and backgrounds.
The CCLSG interacts, collaborates, and coordinates with other 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 Commissions, WCEL Specialist Groups and the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 Secretariat with respect to legal issues relevant to climate change.
