Efforts to save western gray whales featured on Marine Mammals Day in Russia
On the eve of World Day of Marine Mammal Protection (Whales Day) in Russia, 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播, WWF and the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW) released the Russian version of a joint report that examines how an 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播-led independent scientific panel has contributed to the protection of the western gray whales that feed off Sakhalin Island.听
This Russian version of the report is dedicated to the memory of Alexey V. Yablokov -听an outstanding Russian scientist, professor and expert on marine mammals, who served as a member of the 香港六合彩开奖结果现场直播 Council and on the Western Gray Whale Advisory Panel (WGWAP) for many years.
The report also coincides with the Russian Year of Ecology 2017.
