Asia Regional Conservation Forum

The Asia Regional Conservation Forum (RCF) is one of the most important regional conservation events in the region.

This gathering of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Members and partners brings together states, government agencies, NGOs, scientific and academic institutions, development agencies and the private sector to discuss the current situation related to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development in Asia, as well as the ways forward. The gathering is held every four years as a run-up to the World Conservation Congress. 

The RCF seeks to provide an open venue where pressing issues are discussed and debated. Participants – both Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Members and other partners – are encouraged to share their insights on conservation challenges in the region and related cross-cutting issues.

The will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, between 3 - 5 September 2024. 

RCF 2019 Report

The Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹ûÏÖ³¡Ö±²¥ Asia Regional Office organised its 7th RCF from 6 to 8 November 2019 in Islamabad, Pakistan.
