MEET Network Photo Contest
The Mediterranean Experience of Ecotourism (MEET) Network听will soon launch the MEET Catalogue, a compilation of new and unique ecotourism experiences in protected areas across various Mediterranean countries. With the aim of providing support for the conservation of nature and revitalizing less developed communities, the MEET Catalogue offers an authentic ecotourism experience for the traveler: MEETing locals, experiencing communities and lifestyles, and giving back.

This contest is a search for the most striking photographs capturing the essence of the MEET Catalogue.
The photos should exemplify the essence of the MEET packages, which involve active nature-based itineraries, and above all, capture and bring to life the Mediterranean mosaic of cultures, landscapes, heritage, gastronomy, and especially, the relationship between man and nature.听
Entries should have been taken within any Mediterranean protected area.听
Interested participants may submit their entries starting 18th August 2015. The contest closes on 25th September 2015.
There will be one winner of the contest, with finalists decided by 鈥淧eople鈥檚 choice鈥 (online voting via听from 26th to 4th October 2015) and the final winner decided by a panel of judges. The winner of the MEET Network photo contest will receive an all-expenses paid trip to one of the MEET ecotourism experiences.
